School-Age Program

Enrolling in Ivey Ranch Park's

School-Age Program (SAP)

Prospective Participants:

Anyone interested in joining Ivey Ranch Park Association’s (IRPA) School-Age Program must be between the ages of 5-21, have a diagnosis, and be enrolled in school. Prospective participant's Authorized Representatives can email SAP's Lead Teacher, Daisy ay Daisy@iveyranch.com. Please email information about the perspective participant including age, school they are enrolled in, diagnosis, and other general information. Once the SAP Lead Teacher reviews your email, she will reach out to schedule a tour. (Note: During the tour, the Authorized Representative and perspective participant must be present.)

Once a tour date and time has been established, prospective participants and/or their authorized representative should reach out to their regional center service coordinator to inform them of the tour. The regional center Service Coordinator must send the prospective participant's collateral to IRPA’s Care Programs Manager at Christina@iveyranch.com.

Entrance Criteria:

Participants must be willing to listen and follow directions given to them by staff and volunteers.  Participants must be able to be in a group setting. IRPA’s School-Age Program cannot accommodate participants who require 1:1 staffing due to behaviors. Participants with a history of aggression, violent, or self-injurious behaviors are subject to further review. The program cannot accept participants who currently display these behaviors. IRPA’s School-Age Program accepts participants who rely on others to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

Those who may not be eligible for enrollment:
